What is ‘Real Food’?

The short version: High nutrient-density, low energy-density foods.

What is FODMAP?

FODMAP is an acronym that stands for:
Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyols

The short version: Simple sugars and sugar alcohols cause gut issues for some people. A low FODMAP diet has been shown to help these people.
